Production/Store Helper

Dr.Bee is a high-quality purveyor of natural beehive and health products that has distributed within Metro Vancouver for over 20 years.

We are a growing company and seeking a self-starting and motivated individual to join our Honeyland Canada production team as a Production/Store Helper.

This entry-level position is responsible for production of various beehive products and attending to customers at our Pitt Meadows farm store location.

Responsibilities

  • Handling and bottling of raw materials
  • Labeling, sealing, and boxing of finished products
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the production space and other facility spaces
  • Opening and closing of the farm retail store
  • Using the POS to process customer purchases

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school completion or equivalent
  • Class 5 Driver’s license with self-transportation to work
  • Able to work on Saturdays

Compensation/Benefits

  • Starting salary of $14-16/hr depending on experience and skill set
  • Eligible for comprehensive benefit program after 6 months of work

Store Manager (Full Time)

Dr.Bee is a high-quality purveyor of natural beehive and health products that has distributed within Metro Vancouver for over 20 years.

We are a growing company and seeking a results-driven and experienced individual to lead our retail team as a Store Manager

This management-level position is responsible for overall store management. This entails being able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Report on buying trends and customer needs
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience or 2 years retail management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good customer management and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in word processing and communication software
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred in a relevant field

Compensation/Benefits

  • $21-25/hr starting wage based on experience and skillset
  • Growth and bonus commission based on retail team performance
  • Eligible for full comprehensive benefit program following training period (3 months)

We are a growing company and seeking a results-driven and experienced individual to lead our retail team as a Assistant Store Manager

This management-level position is responsible for assisting in overall store management. This entails being able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively

Responsibilities

  • Implement store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Report on buying trends and customer needs
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers
  • Ensure availability of merchandise and accurate stock tracking through inventory management system

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience or 1 year’s retail management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good customer management and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in word processing and communication software
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred in a relevant field

  • $18-20/hr starting wage based on experience and skillset
  • Growth and bonus commission based on retail team performance
