Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we only ship to Canada and USA.

Why hasn't my package arrived?

Due to Covid-19 Canada Post has delays depending on your location. Stay up to date with Canada Post news to estimate shipping time. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you surpassed 28 days and still have not yet recieved your package, please contact us immediately and we will gladly help.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns. You can refund unopened items within 30 days of your purchase with proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. For more information please visit our return policy page.

Why can't I order Royal Jelly online?

Royal Jelly is best kept in the freezer to protect its quality. Due to unpredictable transportation circumstances that may jeopardize the quality of the product we only offer Pure Royal Jelly in our retail location.

I have a pollen allergy is it safe?

Our honey bee products are made as natural as possible, which may be a health concern to individuals with honey bee related allergies. We strongly suggest consulting with your physician prior to taking our products if you have allergy concerns.

Can I feed my baby natural honey?

Due to the fact that our honey is as natural as possible with minimal processing, feeding children under the age of 1 is not advised. New borns need time to adjust their gut microbes to process more complex foods. Learn more about the difference of raw honey vs. regular honey.
