Intertek

Intertek is a world leading inspection, product testing, and certification company. We work directly with their food testing lab located in Bremen, Germany to perform an array of tests to detect potential contaminants and measure quality parameters. This includes an exhaustive list of herbicides, pesticides, and antibiotics.

Alberta Agri-food Assurance

The provincial government of Alberta provides standardized testing services to ensure honey produced by beekeepers meet the requirements for domestic consumption and international food standards for export. This includes basic composition parameters and preliminary contaminant testing.

Canadian Food Inspection Agency

The federal Canadian Food Inspection Agency is a key guardian to our food safety and contributor to our testing measures. Through regular inspections, random sampling and export batch verification testing, they provide assurance that our honey meets all national standards.
