Ingredients

500 ml water

1 tsp Raw Honey+ Wellness Blend

Juice of 1 large lemon (approx. 30 ml)

1/4 tsp sea salt or pink Himalayan salt

Optional: 4–5 fresh mint leaves, muddled

Method

Combine all ingredients. Stir vigorously until Raw Honey+ Wellness Blend is fully dissolved. Serve over ice or chilled. Works equally well warm — skip the ice, add an extra squeeze of lemon, serve in a mug.
